Neurodivergent Caregiver Circles
Learning, sharing, and figuring it out together
Morningtide’s Neurodivergent Caregiver Circles are small, virtual communities for parents and caregivers of neurodivergent kids who want to explore what being a neurodivergent-affirming household looks like alongside other people who understand.
When your child needs more support, you as a caregiver need more support as well. We have all heard that supporting our children takes a village, but finding that village isn't always easy. We imagined these circles as an invitation to build that community together, sharing experiences, resources, questions, and the kind of support that comes from knowing we're not doing this alone.
Parenting neurodivergent kids can be joyful, hilarious, exhausting, confusing, and sometimes all of those things before breakfast. And whether you're neurodivergent yourself or not, you're often learning how to support and advocate for your child while also figuring out what you need along the way.
We hope you’ll join one of our upcoming cohorts and find some of the care and community that can be so hard to come by when you're busy caring for everyone else. We meet monthly for one whole year - supporting one another through a calendar of seasons 🍁

What to expect
🌈 Who it’s for
Parents and caregivers of ADHD, autistic, AuDHD, dyslexic, and otherwise neurodivergent kids, whether or not anyone has a formal diagnosis. You’re welcome here whether you’re neurodivergent yourself, your child is, or both.
🌿 Monthly virtual gatherings
Each gathering includes 60 minutes of shared learning, conversation, and resource-building around our monthly theme, followed by an optional 30 minutes to connect and spend time together. Come for the shared learning and resources; stay for the connection.
🧠 Neurodivergent-affirming psychoeducation
Coach Charlotte will bring research, frameworks, practices, and practical information to help us explore the themes we choose together, bringing what she knows to the table alongside the lived experience and wisdom of the group.
💬 Honest conversation
Small cohorts of 6-8 people where we invite the full spectrum reality of raising neurodivergent kids; often, while being neurodivergent ourselves. There is room for questions, challenges, celebrations, confusion, and everything in between.
📚 A shared resource guide
A living collection of books, classes, tools, products, professionals, and other resources we discover together. You’ll have access to the guide from our very first gathering, and we’ll continue adding to it throughout the year as we share what we’re learning, finding, and recommending to one another.
✉️ Monthly follow-up
After each gathering, you'll receive notes and resources related to what we explored together.
🔒 A private, unrecorded space
Our gatherings will not be recorded. I want this to be a place where you can speak honestly, ask the awkward question, change your mind, or simply say, "I am having a really hard time," without worrying about where your words might end up.
