Collective Focus: Body doubling for brains that work differently.

Sometimes the hardest part isn't knowing what you need to do. It's starting.

Collective Focus is a welcoming, neurodivergent affirming space where you can bring whatever you're working on and get a little shared momentum from being around other people who are doing the same.

We meet twice a week for facilitated body doubling. Bring your work, your laundry, your inbox, your paperwork, your art project, or that one thing you've been avoiding for weeks. No need to be productive in any particular way. You are welcome here whether you accomplish your entire to do list, cross off just one thing, or spend the hour just figuring out what you actually need.

What to expect

🧠 A little help getting started
ADHD and autistic brains can have a particularly hard time with task initiation, transitions, and maintaining attention. Having another person present can make that first step feel more doable.

👋 A quick check in
We'll start by taking a moment to name what we're working on. You can share as much or as little as you'd like.

⏱️ Focus time
Then we work. Cameras can be on or off. You can work quietly, take breaks, move around, stim, get up for a snack, or do whatever helps you stay engaged.

🤝 Shared accountability without pressure
Nobody is checking whether you finished your task. The goal isn't productivity for productivity's sake. We're creating a little external structure that can make it easier to follow through on what matters to you.

✨ A chance to notice what you did
We'll wrap up by checking in about what happened during our time together. Finished something? Wonderful. Made progress? Great. Realized you actually needed a break? That's useful information too.

Why body doubling?

Body doubling can provide some of the external structure that neurodivergent people may have difficulty generating internally.

For some people, another person's presence can help with:

• Getting started on a task
• Staying with something that feels boring or overwhelming
• Transitioning between activities
• Reducing the isolation of working alone
• Creating a sense of accountability
• Regulating attention and energy
• Making everyday tasks feel a little less daunting

And there is no requirement to be productive.

You are welcome here whether you accomplish your entire to do list, make a tiny dent in it, or spend the hour figuring out what you actually need.

Who is Collective Focus for?

Collective Focus is designed with ADHD, Autistic, AuDHD, and other executive-function-challenged adults in mind.

You don't need to have a diagnosis to participate. You don't need to have a perfectly organized plan. And you definitely don't need to have your life together before you walk through the door.

Bring the thing. We'll bring the company.
