ADHD Coaching with Charlotte

Support that works with your brain and nervous system, not against them.

Contrary to messaging you may have received your whole life, the way your neurodivergent brain works isn’t a problem to fix. It’s a way of experiencing the world that deserves to be understood, supported, and celebrated.

I offer neurodivergent-affirming coaching for adults with ADHD and AuDHD who want to better understand themselves, navigate everyday challenges, and find ways of doing things that feel more natural and sustainable. Together, we’ll explore your strengths, make sense of what’s been difficult, and create rhythms, environments, and strategies that support the life you want to live.

You don’t have to do it all alone, and you don’t have to become someone else to make meaningful changes.

No One-Size-Fits-All Approaches Here

ADHD looks different for everyone, and the support that helps us does, too. Our work is collaborative, flexible, and shaped around you, your priorities, and your capacity.

Maybe you’re navigating executive functioning challenges, struggling with emotional regulation, feeling overwhelmed by everyday responsibilities, or working to untangle years of self-criticism. Maybe you know what you want to change but haven't found a way to make it stick. We’ll get curious about what’s happening, build on what already works, and experiment with approaches that fit your life.

What I Bring to Our Work

  • Professional expertise: Years of coaching experience, a BA in Psychology, and National Board Certification in Health and Wellness Coaching (NBC-HWC).

  • Lived experience: As an ADHD and Autistic adult, partner, and parent of AuDHD children, I understand how neurodivergence can shape everyday life in ways that are both challenging and wonderful.

  • Evidence-informed strategies: Practical tools informed by research, coaching methodologies, and a commitment to continued learning.

  • Mindfulness and self-compassion: Ways to better understand your patterns, work with difficult emotions, and respond to yourself with more kindness.

  • A strengths-based perspective: Space to recognize the skills and adaptations you already bring to the table alongside the challenges.

How Coaching Works

We’ll work together to identify what matters to you and develop personalized strategies that support your goals, whether you're navigating work, relationships, daily responsibilities, major life transitions, or simply trying to feel more at home in your own brain.

Sessions are available weekly or biweekly, depending on the support you need and if you are new to coaching with me. We’ll revisit what’s working, adjust when life changes, and make room for the fact that your capacity won't always look the same from week to week.
