I know that ADHD is anything but one-size-fits-all. Every brain is different, and so is the support you need. That’s why I don’t offer a rigid, pre-made program. My approach is integrative and client centered. Coaching with me is collaborative and flexible, evolving alongside you. Whether you need help tackling executive function struggles (hello, time blindness and procrastination), managing emotional dysregulation, or unlearning the not-so-helpful narratives you’ve picked up along the way, I’ve got you.
