A Little About Me
Hello, I'm Charlotte! I'm an ADHD and AuDHD coach, a lifelong learner, a mindfulness enthusiast, and a firm believer that people aren't problems to be solved. Sometimes we just need better support, a little more self-understanding, and systems that actually work for the brains and nervous systems we have.
My path to this work began with my own late ADHD and Autism diagnoses. After years of misdiagnoses, dismissed concerns, and wondering why so many things seemed harder for me than they were for some, finally having an explanation changed my life. There was grief in looking back at all the years I'd spent being misunderstood, but there was also enormous relief.
That realization sent me on a journey of learning, unlearning, and figuring out what genuine support looks like. Yoga and mindfulness became important parts of that process, helping me develop a more compassionate relationship with myself and tools I still use in my life, parenting, and coaching today. Along the way, I discovered just how much the right support, a better understanding of ourselves, and a willingness to question old narratives can change what's possible.
Today, I bring that perspective to my work as a neurodivergent coach, supporting adults with ADHD and AuDHD as they explore their strengths, navigate challenges, advocate for their needs, and create lives that feel more like their own. I'm a board-certified health and wellness coach (NBC-HWC), and I completed my BA in Psychology at Metropolitan State University. My background also includes yoga and mindfulness teacher training, health coaching, and years of supporting people through significant life transitions.
My work extends beyond individual coaching, too. As an Autistic and ADHD adult and a parent of AuDHD children, I'm passionate about disability rights, neurodivergent-affirming care, and making sure lived experience has a meaningful place in the decisions that affect our lives. I've spoken on panels and at community events, and I co-created a parent guide with Oana Zayic and Nicole Novak to help organizations better engage and support families of children with disabilities. I'm available for speaking engagements, collaborative projects, and family engagement initiatives that center the voices and experiences of parents and caregivers.
At the heart of all of this is something pretty simple: I believe we do better when we don't have to do everything alone. My work is informed by research, professional training, lived experience, and the wisdom of the people I learn from every day. I'm here to help people find more compassionate ways forward, without asking them to become someone they're not in the process.
I'm so glad you're here. I look forward to meeting you, wherever you're starting from.
