Group Coaching
For Adults with ADHD
We host seasonal group coaching cohorts for adults with ADHD, each one designed to meet the moment. Every round shifts just a bit with a few new themes, new practices, and new insights, because we value your feedback and like to incorporate it. And because our ADHD brains are able to truly engage when learning feels relevant and not stuck on repeat. These groups offer structure without too much rigidity, community without a lot of pressure, and space to explore without pretending to be anything other than who you are.
Our groups are intentionally small (6-8), supportive, and rooted in evidence-based tools: mindfulness, self-compassion, emotional regulation, values-based planning, and the kind of gentle accountability that feels more like encouragement than obligation. It’s a place to learn, share, laugh, unmask to your level of comfortability, and feel understood in ways that many ADHD folks don’t regularly experience.
In January, we’re kicking off a brand-new ADHD Group Coaching cohort for women and femmes, with a focus on reframing ADHD through a neurodivergent-affirming lens. We’ll explore identity, emotional patterns, time and energy management, boundaries, and building systems that actually work for your brain. If you’re craving clarity, connection, and community as you head into the new year, this cohort is a beautiful place to land.
