Caregiver Circles

Learning, sharing, and figuring it out together

When your child needs more support, the whole family needs more support. Parenting neurodivergent kids can be joyful, hilarious, exhausting, confusing, and sometimes all of those things before breakfast. And whether you're neurodivergent yourself or not, you're often learning how to support and advocate for your child while also figuring out what you need along the way.

Morningtide’s Caregiver Circles are small, virtual communities for parents and caregivers of neurodivergent kids who want to do this alongside other people who understand.

Meets every first Wednesday each month for a year

What to expect

🌿 Monthly virtual gatherings
A 60–90 minute live gathering on the first Thursday of each month, October through September.

🧠 Neurodivergent-affirming psychoeducation
I'll bring research, frameworks, and practical information related to the themes we choose together.

💬 Honest conversation
A small group where there is room for the messy, complicated, funny, frustrating, beautiful reality of raising neurodivergent kids.

📚 A shared resource guide
A living collection of the books, classes, tools, products, professionals, and resources we discover together.

✉️ Monthly follow-up
After each gathering, you'll receive notes and resources related to what we explored together.

🔒 A private, unrecorded space
Our gatherings will not be recorded. I want this to be a place where you can speak honestly, ask the awkward question, change your mind, or simply say, "I am having a really hard time," without worrying about where your words might end up.

A small group. A whole year. A lot of shared wisdom.

Caregiver Circle is a one-year cohort with a sliding-scale monthly membership of $35, $45, or $55.
Choose the rate that feels sustainable for your family. The higher tiers help make it possible for others to participate at a lower rate.

If you've been wishing for a place to talk with other parents who understand the particular joys and challenges of neurodivergent family life, we'd love to have you join us.

The first Caregiver Circle begins Wednesday, October 7.

How does it work?

  • Coach-led small cohorts of 6-8 caregivers

  • We'll meet once a month for a year

  • Each month we'll explore a shared theme

  • We’ll learn more about ADHD/AuDHD symptoms and co-occurring conditions

  • Time for conversation and reflection

We'll begin with a few themes to get us started, but this isn't a curriculum carved in stone. I want the Circle to take shape around the people who join it. What are you wondering about? What are you navigating? What do you wish someone had told you sooner? What would be useful to learn together? We'll let those questions help guide where we go. And we'll build something together along the way.

Throughout the year, we'll create a shared, growing resource guide filled with books, classes, podcasts, products, professionals, strategies, and other things our community finds genuinely helpful. It will belong to all of us, and we'll add to it and revisit it as we go.

We'll also talk about the particular experience of being a caregiver who may be neurodivergent themselves: advocating for our kids in schools and other systems, helping them understand themselves and their neurodivergence, and giving them language and tools to advocate for themselves earlier than many of us were able to.

There is something powerful about doing this work together. We don't have to be the expert in the room. We can be a room full of people with different experiences, different knowledge, and different pieces of the puzzle. We can share what we've learned, borrow each other's ideas, ask better questions, and make the path a little easier for the people coming behind us.
